If one doesn't know how to apply brakes properly, or have experiences of what it is like to be in a car that is getting into an understeer or oversteer situation, then what happens when one go over the limit at the track???  In BMW's driving school, learning to drive at carparks constitutes Level 1 (BASIC) and Level 2 (Advanced) of the syllabus.
