Though I've never owned a Mercedes,my dad has.From this experience, I know for a fact that out of these 3 brands, Mercedes is by far superior in reliability and longevity.My dad once had a 1988 Mercedes 300se(w126), and in almost 15 years of his ownership, the biggest failure he had was the aircon compressor that went kaput.Even the supposed valve guide seal and head gasket problem never materialised.He sold it it with 291,000 miles(465,600kms) on it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
