If low, in certain cases, steer is made heavy.2. If there is any leakages, and if your rack is in good condition(good steer capability), do change the seal ASAP, as leaking oil means your    reservoir level is subjected to decline, and it may introduce extra loading on your gear rack system. The oil acts as lubrication & hydraulic medium    for the gear & rack.3. If your feel loosen steer capability, ask your pomen to tighten the rack, there is a tightening screw available on the upper portion of the rack.4. Second hand rack might cost around RM500 - RM700.
