That shall give the actual size/visual of your tail/rear end  at night. Hence the brake  light should stay in the inner side (no 3) . Same goes with the head light. Notice why the high beam light stay in the inner side compare to the outer side. As compare with the headlight of Perdana or Neo . Which is in the inner side (if you notice). Obviously if you happen to bump head to head against them at night , at a glance they may seem like a Kancil . You may not be able to gauge the actual size of the oncoming car until very near.
