I need to send in my car (E90 LCI) for service but you may be able which SC is more experienced and who to look for at which dealer?My thoughts:1)Ingress Auto - I've heard a lot of good comments to send the car there as the SC and the Service Manager is rather experience. But which SC should I look for? This is for normal service.2)a- AB Glenmarie - I prefer Glenmarie as I live nearby but the I have to book 2weeks in advance and usually AB will take more than half a day for a normal service. Any inputs on which SC is good?b- AB KL (Jalan Tun Razak) - This I only need a week's notice or sometimes few days advance notice to make bookings but problem is I don't know any of their SC there? I heard some of them are from AB Segambut branch and some are new.3)Quill Automobiles - Their location is perfect as it is most convenient for me. But they can only do fast lane service (which is fine for now as I only need to do my normal service), but they are the new kid on the block. Do they have expereinced SC and technicians to handle the car and to diagnose (incase there are anything that copped up which needs to be diagnosed on that day i send in the car).In short, I'd prefer to speak to an experience SC (Service Consultant) that knows what he is talking about (rather than bullsh*&^%$g) and also technicians who are reasonably experienced to handle my car rather than fresh trainees using my car as their "guinea pig" on the job training mule, so to say.....
