Hey man,
i myself was planing to change the springs on my E38 too... At the moment the two most common lowering springs that can be found are the Apex and the Eibach spring kits both reatail at around £140 and lowers your car from 30-40mm. It should be compatible with your car if it its using the standard shock absorber without the self leveling rear suspension. The people selling these kits told me they are best suited for cars running on semi-radials compared to the radials associated with our model.
Bro I'm planning to lower my muscle 728i as well. Pls help/recommend me how you managed your's. It really looks nice and attractive when this rides is lowered rite.....
