Hello all , Quick question - i just got my BMW 528i . I realised something very interesting about this machine in comparison to my E90 . Whenever I long press the stop button in order to kill the engine , my idrive remains switched on . It only completely shuts down when I lock the car . If I dont lock the car - it remains on for about 5 minutes or so before automatically shutting down. Is there a way to get it to switch off when I hit the stop button or at least reduce the time it is on standby with the engine off ? Second question , I am connecting my ipod to the car via Bluetooth . Works fine to listen to music . The ipod is being charged via USB . However I keep getting this warning message that the device does not have any telephone compatibility every time i start the car . I just have to hit ok at the warning message but it gets annoying having to do it every time . I check the connection settings and the ipod is only enabled for Audio . Any ideas ? Thanks ! rgds, dmi3
