Bimshop FB Updates Oct 2014 (For non-FB folks)

As what we have shared previously, the health of the car's electrical system,eg wiring etc will affect the lifespan of the AE LED Markers. Under normal conditions, our Bimshop AE LED markers can last 2-3 years or more depending on usage. However, in the case of exposed wiring, the naked wires touching each other will not kill the light immediately. Instead, it would slowly short it every time you use it. Instead of the usual 2-3 years lifespan, the lights will probably short itself out in 3-6 months time, depending on severity of the shorting.</span></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">Whenever possible, we always do an assessment of your wiring and reinsulate it prior to the installation of our lights. And when we do, we use only the best stuff we can find such as 3m electrical tape, not some cheapo tape.
