The naked wires were touching intermi</span><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">ttently, resulting in the shorting of the lights.</span></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">As we have always reminded u guys, it is always best to check on the health of your wiring from time to time, especially for cars above the age of 5 yrs as most of the insulation would have started to crack due to heat in the engine bay and headlight set. </span></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">What you guys can do is tape up the exposed area with a good insulation tape such as 3m tapes and for worst case scenarios, look for workshops that does heat sleeves to reinsulate the wiring.</span></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Verdana'">Most lights lifespan tends to be shortened due to improper installation and issues like this.
