I went back to auto future to complain but they told me that they will sell me a set and send mine to the manufacturer to test them. but i have to pay for the freight cost too. If there is something wrong with my set they will refund me for the pair that i have first purchased. Mind you my set was still under warranty. I doubt they are the  AUTHORIZED agent probably parallel imports. and they claim that everyone buys from them even other workshop. I am surprise that authorized dealers would tell you something like that without even taking a look at the car which is still under warranty of their products and told me to go to his mechanic. No courtesy of even calling the workshop to make the arrangement to take a look at my car. I guess i would have to pay for the labor too. if you want to know a bogus dealer this is one. And the other thing is i was dealing with the boss. All the writing of the date of purchase on the part when i first bought it was all probably a show. Sorry this is how i feel about Auto Future. My sets may be fake cause they have jammed with no free play after a year plus . through out the 11 months the ride was awesome and yes i am well aware that bilsteins last up to 5 years. Herbert have been in my car and has an idea of what the knocking sounds is like. Its has left a bitter taste in my mouth and considering other options.</blockquote>
