There's a Petronas after Giant at the LHS, meet there at 7am. After that, make a right turn at traffic light into Batu Caves, but turn left instead of right to Batu Caves. You will meet a rail line (yes, you'll drive over the line), there's are some shop lots on the RHS short distance after the rail line, wait around there.
