It is starting to peel off at the base of the rear window, correct? This is a warranty claim issue and your SA/dealer should address it. 2) The roundel on the key fob goes off easy. Unfortunately, there is no replacement roundels to go on the fob. In these case, US dealers/SA will often make a warranty claim to BMW and replace a new unit fob (worth about 200-300 bucks per piece, I think). So again, its a warranty issue. If they give you a problem with this, I'd get some forum references on this, for you. 3) Scratches on the front grille? This should've been picked up by you at delivery. Might be hard to prove. Paint stains in the dashboard? Again, same issue. They're not hard to address, a details shop should be able to take care of it, but talk it out with your CA and see what he says....be firm and have all the facts. All else fail, document and send letter to BMW Malaysia. Tell them that the issues are being publically discussed on the forums.</blockquote>
