The chief is called Mr. Lee, very nice guy and have a colourful personality. While Lee is very competent it's his boys you need to keep a close eye as sometimes they can get sloppy. I've been to Arata and I don't like the way they handle things. Did a clutch actuator replacement and they broke one of the gearbox supporting plate screw ... I didn't know about it until it's too late. When asked they said they can't remember (how convenient). Plus for the job they can't do they will outsource to another company and they were reluctant to tell me where they sent my car. Having said that experience varies to each individuals and since you're in Kajang give the nearest workshop a visit prior to your 1st service. Have a chat with the boss and see the kind of cars they do. You're going for an oil change so it should be straight forward and shouldn't be any problem.</blockquote>
