my ride e36 318 m43just wanna check are there any dip stick for my tranny i cant find it , if dont have how im i to check wheather is enough atf in my tranny ?pls advise

On my ride, tranny is located underneath middle of chassis. In another words, the car need to be jacked up to reach dipstick.

Since BMWs are rear drive, I believe your configuration is same as the rest. As long as your mech top up correctly, you shouldn't worry bout it

Ur gearbox doesn't have dipstick.

Ur tranny has an oil refill plug at da side of it.When u open dis plug,
if there is oil overflowing out,then u hv enough oil in ur tranny. k:

just curious how do we know the oil is low and any particular reason that it will go low beside a leak.
So am i right to say we dont have to chk right if no leak.
