AP for CBU car

this question has been asked before but did not get many answers...would appreciate it if i could get some feedback on this issue...i have a CBU 323i e46 and its difficult to sell and get loan without a copy of the AP document..have gone back to the original dealer, customs departmrnt and also checked with JPJ..no one seems to have the copy..any feedback will be highly appreciated on how to solve my problem...many thanksregards
