Best if you pop the hood and look inside, maybe at the A/C fan. It might be hitting the grille, turn off the A/C and see if still have this sound.

Pop the hood and see if A/C fan is still turning after you turned off A/C, this fan turns if your AUX fan is not strong enough (can stop AUX Fan with fingers), if so, also change aux fan clutch.

After my ride get involved in recent accident, my A/C fan turns extra fast, louder, most of the time, could be due to non-ori A/C Fan used by insurance claim workshop.

man that's loud, very loud....doesnt sounds like the AC fan or the clutch fan... AC compressor ??...

Pop up the hood and start, will the sound disappear? lower?

Am hvng silmilar issue but not as bad as yours.
Like seewai said A/C fan hitting the grille, adjust litle bit here n ther (stopper), now problem solved.

If indeed is the kidney grille pushing the a/c fan cover touching the fan assembly, try poke a small hole at rubber/plastic assembly and use cable tie to "pull" the a/c fan cover slightly further from a/c fan assembly. Also try adjust the kidney grille by bending it slightly outwards a little bit.

ur observation was spotted on! indeed the a/c fan is hitting the inset of kidney grill. i have bend it slightly outwards and used cable wire to pull it outwards. problem solved!

Great to hear that.

As for my case, it still happens once in a while, each time for several seconds.
