Hi all u Sifus, I'm about to get a e36 318i (A) from a family friend. Very good condition, wife used to drive kids to school and back... now upgrading to X3. So I don't need to do anything to the car... but in case I need to do repair or just regular maintenance... can anyone give me a suggestion. Alex

for control arm & bush & power windows, i suggest u go back AB, as they give 2 yrs unlimited KM warranty, price you pay is about same as Chu Seng.

Just the hassle to make appointment.

If u happen to b on the mainland, Happy Motors specialized in Merz & BMs

Hi All,
Many thanks for your replies. I got the service record and looks like the previous owner also goes to Chu Seng after the warranty period. I guess I'll do the same. Thanks for the tip on the arm and bushes.
I got my car last tuesday and been having fun driving it. I just changed all tyres to Michelin Energy XM1 for RM240/pc, 4pc incl balancing and alligment cost RM960 and on wheel balancing add RM20. Did I get an ok deal?
