Any fix for "Central Locking" that's not responding?

The gremlins are back from their vacation. One key has decided that it wants to retire from duty, the other key, is only getting at best random sucess at unlocking the doors. When in the car, even the lock/unlock button is not responding. I have been quoted that i will ned to replace the central locking module as a cost of RM1,900. Before handing over the moola, and fixes anyone has tried that might save me that cash. TIA

ah, thanks.

Found out the problem. Faulty Central Locking Module.

AB asking RM1604 for the new part. PML Singapore asking SGD$200+.

I guess making more money doesn't reflect better customer service.
