I guess you symptoms happen if you leave your car not running for 1 or 2 days or you park under hot sun. Try to rev your accelerator for a while after you start the car with the aircond on. Do you get cold air when you do that? You do not have to wait 20 -30 mins to drive to feel it. My guess if you rev you car in free gear for a while, the compressor will kick in. Try this first. Mine is like that. I can live with it for a while till I find a better solution.3. Pressure Sensor ? (nor sure how much)4. Clutch fan? About rm300+When diagnose. go for cheaper option first like refill the gas (rm30) and see whether the symptoms change. It could be other problem like leaking. Aircond will not kick in if pressure low. I've been diagnose the same problem on my e39 and asked to change the compressor but I did not buy it. See how it goes first. Kindly share your experience. I may be wrong. No harm to try and tested. After-all we want to save our money too.</blockquote>
