My aircond went funny on me yesterday, as I started it to leave work, there was no air blowing out of the vents.. I could hear the air blowing from the dashboard, and the centre vent towards the rear seats, the demister works, but absolutely nothing from the front.Got back home and tried to do a little DIY, opened up the glove compartment, tried to access the centre panel where I think the AC is hiding (still waiting for my Bentley ;) ) prodded the wires and lo and behold, the air cond vents opened up after that.. I suspect that there's some flap which opens and closes depending on the settings, and there's this high pitched sound when I start the car (was there from the first day I got the car). Anyhow... has anyone experienced the same? Don't want to be prodding around the dashboard just to get the AC to work..
