Air Con Auto mode

I would like to find out if anyone have the same problem before. My air con fan speed is always at 3 bars (auto mode). Previously, the fan speed will vary depending on the interior temperature. Not sure what could have cause the problem Seek advise from master.

Not too sure about your problem. But mine was, the blower fan was running at high even though you set the bar at low or mid. This is common e39 problem. Just replace the 'final stage unit' and solved everything. Just google it, plenty of video and pictures online if you want to DIY... easy to do....

My air cond stopped working just recently this sunday. Thought was the blower giving up on me. Went to Naidu to check and he changed the final stage unit and solve the problem. Cost RM 390.00. Then i asked him to check if my air con gas is sufficient. The plug the hoses in and looked at the pressure bar gauge. Then he told me my air-cond compressor is not good cause the needle on the gauge is moving. He said it should be steady. Told me to change the compressor and change the oil will cost me RM 2100.00. Any helpful comments on this? TQ

I had my aircon compressor replaced my Naidu 3 years ago @ RM 1,450 included labor and etc. You have three options i.e. new compressor/repair it/used one. If $$$ not an issue, may as well get a new one.
