received further info and in reference to the website..
spoke to Ms. Kelly... they have allocated about 20 cars for the club to be parked.
At the moment, i wont be free on that sunday, so i will need a leader to head the convoy and liase with Ms. Kelly. Hopefully Blackcat can do it.:top:

Once reach SIC with the convoy, BMWCM representative will collect the car sticker, wrist band and meal coupons from the registration counter. each car will get 02 (two) wrist tag.
1. Entry to event
a) Car Sticker, one per car will be given upon registration. This will allow parking at the grandstand area
b) Wrist Tag, two per car will be given upon registration. This allows access to Paddock Rooftop, Pit-Walkabout (at 12:30pm) and Air-Conditioned dining at Paddock. Those who do not have this tags can purchase them for RM10 at the gate.
c) Meal Coupon, one per car will be given upon registration. This is for one meal from Kayu Kasi Kandar (is redeemable at the Grandstand Mamak or the Air-Conditioned Dining at Paddock). It is for a set meal only without drinks
2. Parking arrangements
a) Club Members are requested to wait at PA parking upon registration and will be brought in to the grandstand area in batches , its on a first come first serve basis.
b) Cars will be parked on one-side untill all the spaces has been taken up and a 2nd row will then be made starting from the inner corner of the grandstand. Please park in order.
c) There will be Runners to guide you from the PA parking to the grandstand.
3. Side Events
a) Rally X Demo and Taxi Rides
- At the paddock area (4 scheduled times are listed on the leaflet)
- There are limited rides available, if you are interested, please head to the paddock early
b) Gymkhana Competition
- Although in the flyer it is written as Autocross, to make it more happening, GRA has decided to make it into a Gymkhana
c) ICE Competition
- Scheduled to start from 12pm to 4pm
- Please bring some ear-plugs if you want to stand close
- Should you be interested to participate, please advice
d) Turn it up DJ Performance
- Situated at the Paddock (next to pit building)
- 10 DJs from Turn it Up playing in between each race
4. Highlights
a) Pit-Walkabout
- Scheduled time 12:30pm to 1:30pm
- Access to paddock is through the first tunnel at the Grandstand located next to Kayu Nasi Kandar
- Access is only to those with the wrist tags
b) Pre-Race Ceremony
- Scheduled time 1:50pm to 2:10pm
c) Post-Race Podium Presentation
- Immediately after each race
5. Kayu Nasi Kandar
a) There are two Kayu Nasi Kandar outlets at the circuit
- Grandstand (open air concept) - accessible by all public
- Paddock (air-conditioned) - accessible only for those with wrist tags
b) Open hours are from 11am to 5pm
