GreatWhite, sorry to tumpang your thread but what I wanted to ask is also related to summons. Recently I received a summon from Perbadanan Putrajaya for my supposedly parking at a non-designated parking space in Putrajaya. Well, I would probably just pay up but the problem is that in the summon, it says I can either pay by cash/credit card at "Pusat Pembayaran Setempat @ Putrajaya" or via a bank draft, postal order, etc without mentioning specifically the address to which I should post to. I don't go to Putrajaya often nor do I live or work closeby, so it is so darn inconvenient to purposely make a trip there just to pay the summon. As the result, I was thinking of just forget about paying it alltogether. So guys, can this Perbadanan Putrajaya take me to court for non-settlement of their summon or block the renewal of my road-tax/drivers licence when the time comes for renewal?
