Adjustment on Head lamp?

Hi all sifus, One of my Head lamp which is right side one fail to response when I doing adjustment on the head lamp, which means only left lamp will go up and down but the right one still static. Any solution or advise to this problem? :listen:

definitely electrical. check the fuses. if u dunno where, read the manual or bring it to the workshop
