Ya... I guessed ketuk saja lah for them. Any other problem, don't expect them to do lah. Better bring the car out & get it fixed by relevant experts. Better, before sending any car, find good bmw workshop that does insurance claims. I'm not thinking to send the car again to them... maybe will get that umpil2 thing done during the next round of bodywork job.
