I am having some sort of RPM dependent high pitched vibration that I can feel on the steering after 4K RPM. I just changed my gearbox mounting, engine mounting and control arm bushings....anything else worth looking into?

definitely moving on all gears....stationary...gotta check that out..

Go and check your rims, do balancing.

I did my balancing not long ago....but its still there....definitely not balancing problem as even 1st gear 4K u can feel it..

you seem to have look at all angle. try the drive shaft..

you still have not informed whether you have the vibration when the car is stationary.

Apparently your problem is related to 4K RPM rather than speed.

If the vibration is detected when the car is stationary, you can use a vibration monitor to measure the amplitude (peak to peak). Further analysis of the vibration can also be determined by measuring the velocity (mm/sec).

Jarance bro...doubt any workshop will want to go through that extent to measure.....

what about your longshaft mounting or misallign ...

could be that if it is speed related. ade seem to get it at rpm above 4k at various gear ratio. if the car is stationary and vibration is also encounter at above 4k rpm, then it could be something else.

long shaft mounting..checked.....looks good...

Just checked..the vibration sensation is not so pronounced during stationary but nevertheless can be felt....
