520i vs 525i non LCI model (e60)

Hi All,would like to know the difference if there is for the models below. Both non LCI.1) 520i2) 525i/523ii currently drive a E46 320i and backside itchy now thinking of upgrading to E60.anything other than the difference in the engine and cc?all advice and comments are greatly appreciated like driving experience, maintenance other than the ones already in the maintenance thread or anything is welcome.i also notice that there's a difference in the manufacture year where some are push start and some are not.thanks in advance.

get 525i, 520 pickup is relatively bad especially for u e46 owner
