Finished wiping the engine bay, started car, then there was a flash, a loud bang and smoke (in that order) was coming from the engine bay. Idling immediately went crap and the engine was misfiring and popping. Cannot rev at all. Shite!!!! Checked all hoses that I could easily see, no problems. Later found the bloody vacuum hose to the ICV was out (buried under the inlet manifold - who was the smart engineer who decided to bury the ICV under there?). Reconnected the hose and everything went back to normal. Scared me like hell.</blockquote>
