325i convert to e36 320i coupe engine

recently i convert my e36 325 non vanos to 320i single vanos(coupe).but my gear box not shift properly.still gear 4.the computer box was changed,why??????? i bought it fm haftcut..any experience....

do you change the engine only or fully to rear axle set.?

ya 325 Gbox ecu could be for GM4sp box and 320 would be running on a Jatco box ..hence you need the right ecu for the right box ...
