Actually there are 2 pins or so called smart lock up and down in front of the flap. all u have to do is to push these 2 pins simultaneously up n down while pushing the flap forward BUT u have to release the flap very slowly and carefully to get the opening otherwise it will lock back itself.then u push the nozzle all the way....it needs some practice though but as they said practice makes perfect right:listen:
