[QUOTE="perryyip73, post: 448274, member: 19616"] Fred, 100k mileage on 02/07 is abit high, probably hes using daily or as salesmen. Service record is stated which workshop, for me i will directly call the workshop and check whether is true or not. Like mine, i will bring my buyer to M1 (place i service) and provide all the record 1st owner, Jack uo the car and let buyer inspec any faults or leaking. Even we are selling our car, but of course let the buyer to satisfy with the purchase. Condition on body, chasis, rubbers, bushes, absorber and all neccessary major items must be inspec properly to avoid of spending much on repair. I can say myself is choosy type of person. That is y i view around 70 units of 318, 320 then only choose the best condition but not with accessories. The main concerned to get a 2nd car :- 1. Condition - engine, interior, exterior 2. Accident free 3. Well maintain - servicing 4. Selling price - year of manu and registered (how many years been driving in malaysia bad road condition) 5. Accessories The reason why i never put selling price at 1st is simply because cheaper price doesnt mean value to buy. You might end up spending 10-20k over to fix the problem. Newer Year of manufactured also doesnt mean condition is better than older. Market value for 320 is around 90k, if the car condition is superb like mine and comes with records, accessories, why not we pay few thousand more, like im selling my UDM 97k. Instead later on spending thousands on repair, but the car u bought is cheap. End up the car u buy and spend is more than 100k ++. So it is better to choose the best condition even price is higher ?
