- Children below 2 years stay free, children above 2 are charge THB300 per night for extra beds
- Proposed Group dinner on second night to be confirmed at venue. Rates to be determined and payable at venue
** the rooms rate is for 2 pax for 2 nights
** all the above room rates are subject to change on rooms availability and early booking
** Please indicate your interest soonest possible in order for the Managing Committee to
do block booking soonest possible as it is long weekend public holiday to secure the
rooms.
RM100-00 deposit is required to confirm your seat and it need to be paid by 10th July, 2019.
Balance payment of RM189-00 by 20th July, 2019.

8.00 am - 8.45 am : RV at RnR Rawang (fuel up pls) Stickers & safety briefing
8.45 am - 9.00 am : Line up and ready to roll
9.00 am - 12:30 pm : Convoy direct to Kampong Sauk, Perak
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm : Break for Lunch at Kampong Sauk, Perak
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm : regroup and roll to Betong Immigration & Customs – insurance
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm : Immigration & customs clearance
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm : regroup and roll to River Rock chalets
5:30 pm : Checking in - free and easy
Day 2 (14th September, 2019)
6:00 am - 6:00 pm : Free & Easy
7:00 am – 10:00 pm : Group dinner ( To be confirmed)
Day 3 (Betong, Thailand - Kuala Lumpur) (15th September, 2019)
8:00 am – 9:00 am : Breakfast
9:00 am – 9:30 am : Checking out and regroup
9:30 am – 10:00 am : Roll to Immigration
10:00 am – 11:00 am : Immigration/ Custom Clearance
11:00 am – 11:30 am : Regroup
11:30 am – 12:00 pm : Roll to Lenggong, Perak for lunch
12:00 pm - 1:30 pm : Lunch
1:30 pm – 6:00 pm : Roll back to Kuala Lumpur
For participants please do the following
a) bring along your original car grant
b) check your car for coolant level, brake pads wear level, motor oil level, brake oil level
Warning : Any participant who tailgate (cucuk) aggressively at another participant car will be given one (1) warning and if failed to adhere to the 1st warning will be ask to leave the convoy for safety reason, failing which the particular participant membership will be rejected for renewal the following year.
