Are they held in place with clips? How to remove it without causing any damage ? It needs to be removed to get to the 3rd brake light assembly.I suspect the window tint guy didn't do a good job reinstalling the 3rd brake light thus causing it to rattle when driving over rough roads. Tapping on the black 3rd brake light cover makes that loose plasticky sound as well. I'm thinking of removing it and give it a layer of felt tape where it needs.</blockquote>
