water pump

Hi guys, im driving E92 335i, need advise on where to change and pricing on, 1. electric water pump ( mechanic advise me to change the spare tank and thermostat together if im changing this electric water pump). he quoted about 3.1k. 2. HPFP. anybody have experience changing these parts...
