e46 engine noisy

Anybody have idea why my e46 engine having noisy sound when going long travel. I've taken video as per below link I've sent for repair 3 times..replace the oil seal at crank pulley, change the crank pulley, Belt tensioners (water pump to crank roler). The issue still persist I'm out of idea :(...
