brakes rims

I noticed that the brake pads on the F30 seem to produce a lot of dust. I normally clean the rims on weekends and by Wednesday, the shiny looking rims would turn into dark grey. If is drizzles, there would be spots on the rims and it looks terrible. Anyone have a solution to this...
